After 22 years of home repair, home maintenace and home improvements becoming a Home Inspector was the perfect transition for me to take. I Gradutated with Honours from Georgian College from the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program. This program is recognized by The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAPHI) and The Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). I have also completed the Ontario Building Code Part-9 / Health & Safety and Part-9 The Building Envelope. I also have live on-site Home Inspection training with the engineering Inspectors. These engineers wrote the book on Home Inspection.

Now a Certified Master Inspector.
